From our 4Patriots family to yours—Happy Easter!

We hope this season brings you peace, joy, and plenty of time with the ones you love. Easter is a time for new beginnings, family traditions, and simple moments that matter most.

If you’re planning to dye eggs this year, we’ve got a fun and natural way to do it—no store-bought kits needed. Just a few things from your kitchen can create beautiful, earthy colors. It’s safe, easy, and a great activity for the whole family.

How to Dye Naturally:

  1. Hard boil your eggs and let them cool.
  2. Dip them in your natural dye (cooled to room temp).
  3. Let them soak longer for deeper colors—up to a few hours or overnight in the fridge.
  4. Dry them gently with a towel.

Here are some natural egg-dyeing ideas to try:

🫐 Blue

Use blueberries or red cabbage. Boil in water, then strain. Add a splash of vinegar.

🧅 Orange / Rust

Try yellow onion skins. Simmer in water for 15–20 minutes, then strain. Add vinegar.

🌽 Yellow

Use ground turmeric. Add a tablespoon to boiling water and vinegar.

🍓 Pink / Red

Use beets or cranberries. Simmer, strain, and mix with vinegar for a rich color.

That’s it! You’ll end up with unique, lovely eggs that feel a little more down to earth—and a little more you. Whether you're hosting a family egg hunt, cooking up a big Easter breakfast, or just enjoying quiet moments with loved ones, we hope your day is filled with joy and gratitude.

And while egg prices have been up and down lately, don’t forget—4Patriots offers shelf-stable eggs that are good for up to 10 years. They're perfect to have on hand for Easter brunch, breakfast casseroles, or any of your favorite homemade recipes. Just add water and cook like regular eggs—easy, reliable, and ready when you need them.

Wishing you a warm and meaningful Easter,

– The 4Patriots Team
