Do You Have a Zero-Prep Emergency Food Supply?

What’s the first thing you think of when 4Patriots is mentioned?
For many of you, it might be survival food. Yes, we produce plenty of power products, water products and many others. But survival food might be the first thing that pops into your mind.
So, you know I’m the last person in the world to suggest that you don’t need survival food. We all need it. And the more we have stockpiled, the more peace of mind we have.
But today I want to tell you about something else you should have handy. Just in case a disaster tragically spoils your survival food plans.
‘What if’ scenarios?
What if extreme weather destroyed your home and all the survival food you had stored inside?
What if a disaster occurred while you were away from your home? And you could not get back home in a timely fashion?
Or what if you found yourself in a situation where you had…
- No utensils
- No pots or pans
- No electricity
- No way to cook
- No refrigeration
- No hot water supply
- No access to a grocery store.
Non-perishable foods
It could happen. And that’s why you need what we call a zero-prep emergency food supply.
I’m talking about good-tasting and nutritious food you can just grab, unwrap and eat quickly. With no fuss and no muss.
Now, there are many food items you could include in your zero-prep emergency supply. Although most of them will not have a very long shelf life.
They include…
- Peanuts and other nuts
- Granola bars
- Dehydrated fruits and vegetables
- Peanut butter
- Canned foods (they might not taste good cold, but it’s better than nothing)
- Cereal
- Honey
- Powdered milk
- Baby food
My personal recommendation
But if you would like my personal recommendation, here’s my favorite go-to option for zero-prep survival food.
It’s the 4Patriots Emergency Food Bars. They taste great – just like a shortbread cookie, with a hint of vanilla and lemon. And they last for five years without refrigeration, assuming they are stored properly.
They can withstand extreme temperatures – all the way from minus 40 degrees up to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. They require no cooking, water or heat. You can keep them just about anywhere in their disaster-resistant packaging.
Each Food Bar provides a careful blend of protein, fats and carbohydrates. They are not thirst provoking. That’s very important in a survival situation
But you don’t need to save all of them for an emergency. They are ideal to take camping, hiking, hunting or fishing.
Made in the USA, these Food Bars are compact and lightweight. They’re great for backpacks. And to keep in your vehicles.

This Past Weekend of the 6th-7th of March, I had a Patriot Group Event because it was a 2 Day Event I Stayed overnight. Got to test out an Emergency Sleeping Bag, A New Cooking Stove and I Test out the Delicious 400Cal. Emergency Bars. I actually ate 3 Bars in One Sitting. The only thing that I didnt like is I had to Break it almost into very Small Pieces due to “I have No freakin Teeth” YES, It Sound Funny. But it did Broke some Skin (Gums) and It bleed a little. But I did Not Mind Cause Those Bars were very Delicious taste a by it like LemonyVanilla Bar Cookies. I Still will give You 5 of 5 🖐🖐🖐🖐🖐 😍
I continued my physical Activity All Day with Plenty of Energy during the Event. I Recommend this Emergeny FoodBarbto EveryOne
