4Patriots Stolen Generator Reward Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: February 14, 2025
4Patriots, LLC (“4Patriots”) is offering a reward to any individual who provides credible information that leads directly to the arrest of the person(s) responsible for the recent theft of Patriot Power Generator 1200s from a shipping container in Fairburn, Georgia on or about January 30, 2025.
Reward Ammount:
$10,000.00 plus a free Patriot Power Generator 1200 (approximate retail value: $1,497.00).
Eligibility:
Must be a legal resident of the United States, 18 years of age or older, and must not be:
- An employee or family member of 4Patriots,
- A law enforcement officer involved in the investigation,
- Involved in the theft, or
- Prohibited by law from receiving such a reward.
Information Provided:
Information must be submitted directly to 4Patriots. 4Patriots will evaluate the information and provide it to law enforcement in its sole discretion. The reward will only be issued if the information provided directly leads to the arrest of the responsible party or parties.

Terms and Conditions
- Determination of Eligibility: 4Patriots will determine, in its sole discretion, whether the information provided meets the criteria for the reward. Submission of information does not guarantee receipt of the reward.
- Payment of Reward: The reward will be paid or delivered after confirmation from law enforcement that the provided information led to an arrest. Payment or delivery may take up to 30 days after confirmation.
- Multiple Tips and Reward Splitting: If multiple individuals provide information leading to the arrest, the reward may be split among those individuals at 4Patriots’ sole discretion.
- Expiration of Offer: This reward offer will expire on May 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM CST unless extended in writing by 4Patriots.
- Verification of Identity: 4Patriots reserves the right to verify the identity of any informant before issuing the reward.
- Method of Delivery:
- Monetary reward: Paid in USD via check, wire transfer, or another method agreed upon with the recipient, at the discretion of 4Patriots.
- Product reward: The Patriot Power Generator 1200 will be shipped to the recipient at an agreed-upon address.
- Taxes: Any taxes associated with the reward are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
- Indemnification: 4Patriots shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or legal consequences arising from the submission of information or or in any way related to participation in this reward offer, including any false claims made by individuals.
- Confidentiality and Anonymity: All submissions will remain confidential to the extent permitted by law. Informants may remain anonymous if desired, but anonymous submissions must provide a secure method of contact for 4Patriots to coordinate reward issuance if the information provided leads to an arrest.
- Cooperation with Law Enforcement: Issuance of the reward may require cooperation with law enforcement, including providing statements or testimony if necessary.
- No Employment or Agency Relationship: Submission of information and participation in this reward offer does not create any employment, partnership, or agency relationship between the informant and 4Patriots.
- Finality of Decision: All decisions made by 4Patriots regarding reward eligibility and distribution are final and not subject to appeal.
- Modification/Termination: 4Patriots reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this reward offer at any time without prior notice.
- Legal Compliance: This offer is subject to all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- By submitting information, you expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
