Due to a surge in interest in survival products during the Coronavirus Emergency, our call and email volume has increased significantly. This results in delayed responses to emails or long hold times on the phone, which is not how we normally do business. Please be patient with us. We have increased our staff and extended our hours... but the volume is truly jaw dropping.
When your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. While generally rare, it is reasonable to think that carriers such as USPS, UPS and FedEx may experience intermittent delays during this pandemic. This is not unique to 4Patriots, and delays of this kind are outside our control.
If you have a question about your package, please use the tracking number on your email to look up your tracking on the carrier's website before calling our team. This is the best and fastest way to get information about your package after it ships.
