    Very simple to use

    Change can be good.

    I bought the Heater & Stove combination with additional canned heat. I'm happy with it so far. My one mild disappointment is that mine didn't come with those extended red colored handles for carrying. The handles for my stove are close to the heated area of the stove. This makes getting burned more likely and an unfortunate accidental dropping of the stove more likely. Now, you could wait until it cools, but if you had to move it quickly you would have to be very careful...or have some sort of protective glove. In looking at a recent picture of this heater/stove on your web site, I noticed the red handles allow you to grab the handles at a safer distance from the hot area. A good idea and change.I'm glad you made the change with the handle. I do like my heater/stove. I think it can serve its purpose well. While I wish my stove/heater had the red handles, so far, I'm happy with all the products that I've purchased. Your company serves an important purpose. Thank you.P. Kell, Veteran.

No, we do not advise using RescueHeat inside a tent. Tents are often made from flammable materials, and using an open flame or heat source like RescueHeat in such a confined space creates a significant fire risk. Always prioritize safety by using RescueHeat in open, well-ventilated areas away from flammable objects and materials. Be sure to follow all safety guidelines in the user manual.

Your RescueHeat comes with 4 canisters of chaffing fuel, enough to run your RescueHeat for up to 6 hours uninterupted. We reccommend having at least 48 hours of fuel on hand.

The RescueHeat Emergency Space Heater only weighs 8.5 pounds – and that’s including the fuel. It’s a perfect add to any go-bag or a great addition to your camping, hunting, or RVing gear.

Yes, the RescueHeat will get very hot during use. Do not touch the space heater without proper protection, and allow it to cool completely before clearing the ash inside.
