    My package of the pancake mix had opened during shipping, and I called customer service. The rep I spoke to was amazing, kind and professional, and a replacement was sent. Because of her professionalism, I had no issues with ordering the solar generators, knowing I would get the help I might need. The pancake mix smelled awesome!!     Replacement for Damaged product

    I ordered a case of emergency food. One of the packages of pancake mix had a small puncture that made a powdery mess in the container. Other than locating the product number and sending it to the customer service email, the process was very smooth and I received a replacement for the damaged package. Thank you.
