    Buttermilk pancake mix

    I ordered this to have back for an emergency. I have not tried it as I do not want to open it at this time. I am sure it will be ok since it is pancake mix.

    Why i like the buttermilk pancakes.

    I like them because they are so easy to mix and cook. i have a Ninga grill and it so easy to mix it up and then cook it on the grill. And the pancakes taste so good. I keep one in my pantry because i live in a hurricane state and i like to make sure that i have a spare around to cook .
