This is a package built around the Patriot Power Generator 1800 plus a Patriot Power Sidekick. Run times are approximate and vary by appliance and usage. A fridge cycles on and off, so it draws power only part of the time. Per CDC guidance, a closed fridge keeps food safe for about 4 hours, a full freezer about 48 hours; starting with a cold appliance and cycling power helps stretch your run time.
