    A bit of security in this crazy world.

    It's always better to be prepared than not, and this food won't go to waste. It can be saved for emergencies and/or eaten any time. It's worth the investment to reduce the stress that our corrupt government has caused.

This pack provides about 1,600 total calories, about 200 calories per serving. It's meant to add calories and variety to your stockpile rather than serve as a standalone daily supply. For a full day's nutrition, pair it with other recipes and kits.

Most recipes are designed to boil, simmer and serve. You'll add hot water, stir, and let the meal sit a few minutes before eating. The exact amount is on each package label. Plan to keep a separate supply of drinking water on hand for cooking and hydration.

With a range of recipes to choose from, most folks find several favorites, so there's no risk in trying.
