    Cheesecake Bites

    Just finished my first bag of them yesterday. They were very good, though if you crunched a mouthful at a time, it seemed they were a bit salty. Other than that, they were very good.

    Can't eat and Can't Return

    I purchased the Cheesecake bites along the Chocolate Chip bites, Brownie Bites, and another. The problem is 4Patriots uses a julian dating system to mark their products production date. Well, the dates on these packages are not in their standard julian dating format. So, I called and spoke to a phone representative who gave me several different conflicting answers. Indicating she did not know when the product was made or how long it was good for. Since this is a food product I was concerned about feeding it to my family. The website said 5 years remaining, but I wanted to know when it was produced and what is the standard length of time they are good for. Well I was not able to get a clear confident answer. So I decided to send them back as I would not feel safe feeding them to my family. Well, they say on their packaging that if you are not 100% satisfied they will refund your money, BUT WHAT THEY DON’T TELL YOU IS THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING AND SHIPPING FOOD ADS UP. I tried to reach out again and get some assistance only to be told again that I would have to pay for the shipping. Well the product cost me $37 and the shipping to ship it back would cost me $45. So, I guess I will be just throwing them away AND LOOSING THE $37 and SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING BEFORE I ORDER FROM 4PATRIOTS AGAIN.

These products were manufactured in 2021, which is why the website states "5 years remaining,"indicating the remaining shelf life, not the total shelf life of the product.We also apologize that the information provided during your initial contact with customer service did not clearly answer your questions. We understand how important it is to have confidence in the freshness and safety of food products before sharing them with your family.After reviewing your order, we see that a member of our customer service team worked with you to resolve your concerns and provided a $50 refund, which exceeded the original purchase price of the products discussed.
