    I eat them right out of the bag along with my pet birds. At first they did not know what to think, but after seeing me eat a piece they decided to give it a try.     These were a wonderful addition to freeze dried food I brought to Africa on a mission trip. They were delicious ! I added them to other freeze dried meals I purchased from 4Patriots before adding the boiling water and it was delicious. I loved getting the nutrition from the broccoli when nothing similar was available where I was. It made it through customs at my destination no questions asked as they were sealed.
