    Strawberry Customer Service

    I recently bought the strawberries because my 6 grandchildren love them. Thinking ahead, for the day we all Hope never comes, I want to be prepared and have them stored away for the kids. One of the packages failed (seam split) and was open. I reached out to 4Patriots and their staff was responsive and replaced it. The rating would be a 5, except they couldn’t find my order. So, I needed to find my receipt and supply it. I had provided the order number originally thinking that would be sufficient. Took a time or two emailing back & forth to get it resolved. Otherwise I am totally satisfied with their customer service. I am a 4Patriots fan for sure!
