    It was not clear to me what I was buying, I won't be using any of them as they are all made from GMO soy.

Most recipes are designed to boil, simmer and serve. You'll add hot water, stir, and let the meal sit a few minutes before eating. The exact amount is on each package label. Plan to keep a separate supply of drinking water on hand for cooking and hydration.
