Your survival food is designed to last for 5 years.* Storage conditions impact shelf life, so always protect it from heat, air and moisture, and avoid prolonged exposure to temperatures above 75°F. Each pack of 9 bars provides about 3,600 total calories, about 400 calories per serving. It's meant to add calories and variety to your stockpile rather than serve as a standalone daily supply. For a full day's nutrition, pair it with other recipes and kits.

No water or cooking needed. The bars are ready to eat right out of the package, which helps when you can't boil water or cook. Just open and eat, and keep drinking water on hand to stay hydrated.
