The demand for high-quality survival food has hit record levels. As a result, most survival food orders will see shipping delays of 21 - 28 days. This is especially true for time-based kits such as the 3-Month, 1-Year and 4-Week Kits. Some other survival food kits will see shipping delays of 7 - 14 days. This includes specialty kits, such as Egg, Black Bean Burger, Fruit & Veggie, and Meat Kits.

As of 3/29 — for customers with outstanding Survival Food orders:
You’re our absolute top priority. We know that you need these kits quickly!

If you ordered a "time-based" food kit such as the 3-Month, 1-Year or 4-Week Kit...

  • Orders placed 03/06 and prior: Most orders have shipped. If you have a Fruit & Veggie Kit in your order, you may have a small additional delay.
  • Orders placed 3/07 and later: We are making good progress on your order and still expect to ship all orders no later than 21-28 days after we’ve received them — just as we promised when you initially placed the order.

Keep in mind that if there is an issue with your shipping info or if you have an item in your order that was not specifically mentioned here you may fall outside of these general estimates. Every order is unique — there will inevitably be outliers. We will deliver on your order as promised and we truly value your patience & loyalty — thank you for trusting us with your purchase.

Please do not call and email our customer service team for updates. Call and email volumes are unusually high due to demand for survival products and you will get an email notification when your order ships.

We promise to get you your order as fast as we can. We know that a delay is not ideal, especially at a time like this. Note: You may have noticed that we stopped taking large-kit orders on our website and via phone. That’s because existing orders come first. We’re focused on getting these food kits out to the people who are counting on them, and we’re making YOU the priority. Even when / if we open up the food kits to new folks… your existing order will still come first.

Salt Lake Earthquake Update 3/19

3/20 Update: As some of you may know, our fulfillment facilities are located in Salt Lake City, Utah, an area that saw a 5.7 magnitude earthquake this week. Thankfully, our team members are safe. But the need to assess damages, make minor repairs and restore electricity impacted our ability to ship Survival Food from our main warehouse for about 2 days. We have two other shipping facilities that were not impacted by the earthquake, and continued shipping orders from those warehouses during that time.

We're pleased to report that as of 3/20 we're back up and running at all three locations, and kitting your Survival Food faster than ever. Our hardworking team in the warehouse knows that you are depending on them. We are putting in extra effort this weekend in order to provide you with the fastest service possible.

Nashville Tornado Update 3/5

Dear Friends,

As many of you know, 4Patriots is based in Nashville, Tennessee. If you’ve seen the news this morning, you know that two tornadoes struck in this area overnight.

At the time of this posting, 20+ people are reported to have been killed and a number of others were injured. In addition, a significant amount of property damage occurred. Especially in downtown Nashville where our company is headquartered.

While we’re happy to report that none of our employees were hurt, our hearts go out to those in our community who lost loved ones and friends. As well as to those who suffered damage to their homes and businesses.

You may be wondering how this disaster will impact your order. If you have an open order with us… it will not be affected by the tornado that hit Nashville last night. All of orders are fulfilled from warehouses in Salt Lake City, Utah, and Memphis, Tenn.

We have been in touch with local response organizations and charities here in Nashville. We’ll make donations to them in hopes that we can help some of the people affected by this tragedy.
